The Research Unit in Pediatrics, Nutrition and Human Development (URPNDH) is a multidisciplinary research group that aims to conduct quality research, collaborating closely with other research groups and also with the professionals responsible for the practice. clinical practice, and to help provide answers to the most common health problems currently affecting the pediatric population.

Her main lines of research are within the study of health problems related to nutrition, such as obesity or celiac disease, and also on the effect of infant nutrition on their health and subsequent development. through ‘metabolic programming’. The URPNDH also aims to develop, from an ‘Evidence-Based Medicine’ approach, critical and systematic reviews of the literature on aspects related to its lines of research.
